Shipping and Returns

When will my order be dispatched?

All prints are made to order and are dispatched within 7-10 business days after purchase.

Purchased prints do arrive unframed and safely rolled up in a tube.

Any special requests such as framed prints or prints with a border may take longer to dispatch. You’ll have regular communication with me on how the order is going and estimated dispatch times.

When will my order arrive:

For Metropolitan areas NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA - delivery times will take up to 2 weeks.

For Regional areas in NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA - delivery times will normally take up to 3 weeks.

For all areas in WA / NT / TAS - delivery times can take up to 3 weeks.

For International Orders - whilst prints can be ordered anywhere in the world, delivery times can differ depending on where you live in the world. Roughly time frames can be between 1-4 weeks delivery. Email me on aswiinkumarphotography@gmail.com if you have any further questions!

Do you offer returns?

Returns are only accepted if there is a default in the print. Any defaults need to be sent to me within 24 hours after the order has been delivered, otherwise I unfortunately can't accept it.

Please feel free to contact me on here if you think there is a default in your print order. Photos of the default would be most welcomed to confirm any defaults.

I unfortunately cannot accept any returns if you simply change your mind about the print.
